Captain’s (B)Log: Friday 6th of December 2018

Aaaaand the December tour is now in full flow and so is the back up crew - sorting dogs and children, Christmas performances, Christmas orders. The audiences have been great and to date and Ruby the Reindeer has all four legs in tact.

We've been rushing from one thing to another and you'll see from the teabag count that there's not even been enough time for enough tea. We shall have to right that for next week. That can't be good for anyone!

It's also the week that we announced the headliners for Underneath the Stars Festival 2019 and we chuckled at Kate and Damien's homage to the Proclaimers on social media. https://underthestarsfest.co.uk/

2 more blogs until Christmas!! We've a busy couple of weeks in store; Joy is holding the fort at Pure Records HQ like a trouper and Sally is beavering away at the computer doing the back up work for Kate's social media whilst she's on tour -which has been interesting during the crash of the internet coverage yesterday! Thank goodness for motorway services and coffee shops with WiFi!

Earworm of the week: '500 Hundred Miles'

This week’s teabag count: 44 (not enough time for tea!)

Steve’s Quote of the Week: “Gerritetten”

More next week…
